Q: Can I pick how many questions are in a quiz?

A: Yes. Before starting a quiz, you'll be taken to a setup screen where you can choose how many questions you'd like to answer.

Q: I closed the app mid-quiz. Did I lose my progress?

A: No. Your progress is saved automatically. When you reopen the app, you'll be offered the option to resume exactly where you left off.

Q: How do I exit a quiz early?

A: Use the exit button during a quiz session. You'll be asked to confirm before leaving, so you won't lose progress by accident.

Q: The app is crashing or not working correctly. What should I do?

A: Try closing and reopening the app, and make sure you're on the latest version from the App Store or Google Play. If the issue continues, email us at quiz@identitrain.com with details of what happened and your device/OS version, and we'll look into it.
