Cookie Policy
This page lists the cookies and similar technologies that may be set on your device when you use the Identitrain Central platform, and explains how to manage them. For our broader handling of personal data, see the privacy policy.
Your choices
Non-essential cookies are only set after you give consent. You can review and change your choices at any time using the Manage cookie preferences link in the page footer.
Strictly necessary
These are required for the site to work — signing in, keeping you signed in, protecting forms from abuse, and remembering your cookie choices. They are set without consent because the site cannot function without them.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
cc_cookie | Identitrain (first-party) | Stores your cookie consent choices so we do not ask again on every page. | 6 months |
com.identitrain.central.auth.token | Identitrain (first-party, sessionStorage) | Holds your authenticated session token while you are signed in. | Cleared when you close the tab |
oidc.* (state, nonce) | Identitrain (first-party, sessionStorage) | OpenID Connect sign-in flow state, required to complete login securely. | Cleared after sign-in completes |
_GRECAPTCHA | Google reCAPTCHA | Protects forms from automated abuse. Loaded only on pages with a protected form. | 6 months |
Analytics
These help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. They are loaded via Google Tag Manager and configured with Google Consent Mode v2, so no analytics cookies are placed until you opt in.
| Name | Provider | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
_ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics (via Google Tag Manager) | Distinguishes anonymous visitors so we can understand aggregate site usage. | Up to 2 years |
Google Tag Manager
We use Google Tag Manager as a container for analytics and (in the future) marketing tags. The container itself does not set tracking cookies; it only loads the individual tags that you have consented to. If you reject non-essential cookies, those tags are not fired.
How to manage cookies in your browser
In addition to using the controls above, you can manage or delete cookies through your browser settings. Doing so may sign you out and may impact site functionality.
